A very nice, Brown Brothers of Colne Lancashire, retail confectionery sweet jar, circa 1920/1930, with original glass stopper, 115mm tall. Minimal scuffing to the beautiful label with nice typography, showing prices at 2 ounzes for one old penny. No chips and in overall lovely original condition. A characterful decorative piece ad a reminder of times gone by.
