Outstanding quality to this sturdy patinated bench from France, great workmanship throughout. A-Frame trestle base with diagonal cross-bracing and exposed through-tenon joinery on the seat, all joints being pegged (no screws). Beautiful patination to the top which appears slightly lighter in colour to the base through wear over the years. Great condition and a lovely piece for the home, 1.5 metres in length.
