A large, heavy glass jar, which once would have contained Beech-Nut chewing gum, and would have sat on a shop counter, inviting the customer to, “Take your change in Beech-Nut”, as inscribed to the dished metal lid. The dished lid would have been used for customers change from their shopping at the till. Circa 1930s, measures 13cm in diameter, 15cm tall. In lovely original condition. A really nice piece of early advertising for the home.
